Marina Hubbard is a spiritual healer, teacher and creatress. As the Founder of Alchemy of Light, Marina has dedicated her life to the field of soul, mind and body connection. Her approach focuses on remembering that healing is but a means of coming back to one’s true self.
The Spice Mistress is honoured to welcome Marina Hubbard as the focus of this month’s Pancha Q.
She has been referred to as a “Spiritual Alchemist” making the invisible tangible and beautifully unveiling the wealth of well-being that is available to us all.
Marina’s Alchemy of Light empowers people to live happy, healthy, and purposeful lives. Her gracious and powerful approach provides a personal spiritual path, a deeper understanding of our relationship and oneness with the Universe, and a connected and joyful approach to daily “showing up’ in our lives, with a renewed zest and passion! She teaches us how to respond rather than react to the world around us, and provides us with an enriched understanding that the inner attitudes we carry purposefully create the outer reality we experience.
1. How do you begin your day?
Marina: I choose to begin my day the same way I always end it in contemplation of the miracle of this life and in gratitude for the opportunity and blessings that are all around me. I find my days to be much more joyous when I start and finish the day with love.
2. What’s one piece of life changing health advice you can share with others?
Marina: Where you put your attention your energy follows. Being mindful of where your focus is really allows you to remember the power you have to create a world of your desires, one where you are responsible and available to really look at everything happening in your life and see the hand you may have had in creating it. This gives you an opportunity to change the things you do not love and embrace the things you do.
3. What’s one thing that gives you hope for the future?
Marina: The freedoms we have on the spiritual path to choose and think for ourselves. Only a 100 years ago the mainstream conversations we are now having about spirituality and meditation would have all been done in secret hidden meetings where very few could hear the higher teachings. Now with just a click of a mouse on the internet we all have access. It gives me hope that we can come together in communities of like minded individuals and build a new dream for our planet and our future.
4. Any lifestyle ‘Crimes against Wisdom’ (Prajnaparadha) that challenge you?
Marina: My heart is tender when I think of any abuse against animals, children or the defenseless. I am also deeply concerned by the amount of toxins and chemicals knowingly being allowed into our food and water. This is a tragedy and truly a crime against life. My desire is we all stand together to bring an end to this and remember without the precious resources of this planet, nothing else can be sustained.
5. A moment of beauty that inspired you today?
Marina: Seeing someone’s grief immediately turn to relief and joy when they receive direct communication and validation from their departed loved ones on the other side. This overjoys me and reminds me that love is eternal and death is nothing but a change in perspective!
